Halfway through the challenge, last day of this difficulty epoch 💪
I may not be doing 144 push-ups a day after the challenge is over, but I will definitely include consistent push-ups in my exercise routine.

2016 blocks, ~ 2 weeks
Difficulty adjustment in ~ 10 hours
Estimated difficulty: ⬆️ 7.53%
11 of 144 reps of each exercise will be harder.
My difficulty increase will include at least 11 full push-ups, 11 squat jumps, and 11 full sit-ups. The balance of my exercise will be push-ups from my knees, crunches and squats.
