The world is simultaneously burning and drowning and nobody is talking about this. I realise the news media has been captured and wants to maintain the status quo for as long as possible, wringing every last dollar out of us, but the general public must surely be seeing a pattern with all these climatic global disasters day after day?
They have social media, don't they?
Or has this level of devastation already been normalised?
