Then why you do coinjoin? Would you do coinjoin for a fresh mined Bitcoin without transaction history?. You know that you would exchange one fresh mined bitcoin for 1 BTC with thousands of transactions history but you are not able to admit it because it would prove that Bitcoin is not fungible.
For you are the same but not for the OFAC.
