Heres the other thing I heard. This list will tell you about them.
https://nostr.watch/relays/find I found that when I check mine in the profile the ones with constsnt red lights I would delete. I did loose some info doing this. And I didn’t have this list when I started so I made a lot of mistakes. After I picked mine I screenshot the list so I can go back if I accidentally delete them.
