As far as I'm concerned we already use artificial, normalized languages (I mean for example country-wide). Otherwise we wouldn't be able to understand each other. More or less natural language we learn from our closwst community members. OTOH, the artificial version is learned at schools.
We don't know anything about our brain and we'll never know. We still can't figure out its assembler. It seems that it is justified to claim that our brains are just future predicting devices working on principles of Bayes' theorem.
The thing we think are our thoughts are simply queued, well... sentences(?) ready to say. Most of people choose not to disclose vast share of it. The ones who do are considered insane.
