I'm hiding in my bedroom because it's the darkest area in my apartment with the blackout curtains I put up to help me sleep.

Oh yeah, and did I mention I ran out of my ADHD meds again today? The pharmacy was able to fill it for three months in a row without a glitch, but apparently the shortages are back.

I wonder if there's a connection between not taking my meds and the migraine. Maybe, but not sure how knowing that could possibly help me.
