Why I still login to fb. It's gonna be a while maybe for Nostr to get me this well connected with community. Well unless the connections and friendships and community gets build here.
The widespread anon factor makes that a bit challenging for me personally on nostr. My brain has a hard time processing random image with random anon weird name and associating it fully with a real living human/person and/or recollecting/recalling well all of our interactions and opportunities for bonding, building deeper rapport and friendly exchnages. There are of course exceptions.
Anyways, I appreciate loging into fb and getting personal reporting from the community field. faces and names etched into my mind, many of whom I have personal history easy to recall and emotionally relate to.
It's so easy to get removed and be at a distance from reality of what people who we know or 1,2 degrees of separation type of connection are experiencing... if all we are immersed in is memes and msm news channel reporting.
