This is why blogs and RSS will, still, be fantastic even after these new social media spaces pops up or becomes popular. If these #Fediverse platforms were at all smart, they'd honestly should just let the centralization happen and just take notes on what goes wrong, when, and then build against that so when the eventual #Enshittification of that new centralized thing happens, they would have built against it or preparing for it with better moderation, etc. One thing I am constantly amazed by is all the people that want everyone to be here *RIGHT NOW!* but here's a secret, if you build better, they will come to you eventually.
