V4V is *not* a payment method. Even PayPal works for V4V. I'm not sure how Stripe is much different. A podcast can can use more than one V4V method.
I would be nice if there were easy methods for the for V4V payments to go directly from listeners to the podcasters (which I think is why you mean?). This is the goal of the value tag and what people are working on.
