European bureaucrats, raised by their families to rule and do nothing, are protecting their asses through crises and, worst of all, scaring the people and taking the right to decide for everyone.
They did the same during the pandemic and no one paid for it, so why should they hesitate this time.
They hired the same journalistic "experts" and analysts to create collective hysteria and "twitch the bear" if it doesn't work, they can always attack themselves, at least in that the secret services have experience to throw through numerous terrorist attacks, threats and "introduction of democracy".
