just deleted my protonmail account, after accidentally leaving it idle for an entire year after switching off of it and having it autorenew and charge me again

I am so good at executive function

(edit: this isn't a callout post or anything, I am not aware of any protonmail drama which would justify calling for a mass exodus now or a year ago, they were just no longer a good value for me specifically)
