Finally stopped my mouse waking my laptop from sleep, I can now leave it and it won't drain the battery!

I used the Powertop 'wakeup` tab to find the correct file, then set up a systemd service to write to the file on boot.

If anyone wants the service file, let me know, you'll need to change the file location based on what Powertop says.
