Wide-ranging changes have been made to the set of language enablement documents at the W3C. There are now basic 3 types of document.
1. short names ending -lreq have titles XXX Script Resources, and point to resources for a given script (including the next 2 types).
2. short names ending -gap continue to be gap analysis documents.
3. the alreq, elreq, clreq, jlreq, etc. documents continue as before, but mostly with reorganised sections.
Work is still in progress in some areas.
