Great video, I’m an aircraft engineer, never worked at Boeing. Part of the 737 max crashes involves FAA delegation to Boeing to self approve parts of the aircraft, such as MCAS system. Both crashes were due to a single sensor failure (angle of attack). Aviation design guidelines clearly state no single failure can lead to a catastrophic event. That’s why airplanes have a ton of redundancies. The MCAS ipad training was to save money and not have to send pilots to the simulators. All those are red flags only Boeing can get away with.
