Today mfuhrmann (npub1czy…hhlc) asked me if there was an easy way to find new infosec trends without reading all #infosec on mastodon all day.
A few hours later I adjusted the mastocloud project to scrape a public hashtag timeline of an instance and generate a wordcloud from the hashtags. With a bunch of filtering of most common hashtags, the result looks already presentable.
