This is the 5th willow basket I've made. I'm not sure I'm getting any better at it, but I'm definitely enjoying it!
I tried very hard to get a cat to pose with the basket for scale, but neither was feeling very excited about the basket now that I was done wiggling willow branches around. So the pruning shears will have to do for scale.
It makes me extremely happy that I can now make a whole category of useful things with something that grows abundantly here and exactly one tool.
