How to a run a Tor instance of #Mitra:

Tor instances are much easier to deploy because they don't require a DNS name, an SSL certificate and a public IP address. You can run it at home on a single-board computer without permission from any authority, while enjoying the privacy provided by Tor.
Normally Tor instances can't federate with clearnet instances and therefore form a separate network. However, it is possible to configure a clearnet instance to talk to both networks. Currently administrator needs to install a proxy like Privoxy to do that, but I'll add a configuration option that will make this functionality available out of the box.
