You can already import and export contacts via the standard AOSP Contacts app included in GrapheneOS. We may some minor improvements to AOSP Contacts, Dialer and Messaging but we do not completely overhaul them yet including not yet updating them to the latest target API level. Since their target API level is frozen upstream due to end of any active development, they eventually trigger the warning in a new OS version.
