I live in Milwaukee and the city is full of alleys, but surrounding suburban areas (meaning cities next to Milwaukee) rarely have alleys. When I was at university i walked the alleys daily and it was way more interesting than the sidewalks. (Also, showing my privilege a bit there, I recognize.)",
