My first guess was fuses too. For interior stuff, it'd probably be the fuse box in the driver footwell, so make sure to check those ones too if you haven't already.
Are there multiple leads that connect to each of the battery terminals? Maybe one didn't get reconnected or was loose when the battery got reinstalled? Also make sure those are snug. Flaky terminal connections cause weird issues.
