In the last twenty four hours, I was presented with a couple of sources regarding writing the stories of our lives. The case is that although we think we write our own stories, there is something deeper writing it for us. One of the examples was a very successful actor talking about achieving all his goals, but the most valuable gifts given to him were not something he could have planned. The second source is a book speaking about the synchronicities of life and although the author was seduced by the idea of writing their own life story, there were twist and turns that were unexpected in such a profound way. In this life we can offer the choice for how we would like it ride out, but we also have to let the right doors open. When you are constantly trying to pull on locked doors, you will miss the door that is open and waiting to bring you closer to what your heart and soul truly need.

Being present and patient to what is presented to you is almost as if you have to listen for the secret whispers of the gentle breeze. It's quite difficult to hear the softness when it is overpowered by noise.
