It's kinda weird to successfully transition from mindlessly eating junk & suddenly being mindful, planning meals & nutritional requirements.
Other than the occasional headache due to too much water at times + less sugar & carbs (just adding some to coffee, & even that's reduced), it's been okay. The trouble is now that I don't crave carbs, I have to MAKE myself try to eat something. My body signals real hunger, but my taste buds want nothing. Gonna take time to get used to this weirdness.
