Because Adam has decided memes are bad for the show, we all get scattered to the winds with tiny islands of former NAS people finding each other organically again.
This leaves some people with no alternative, if they can't find a fedi instance.
I guess Adam is okay with connection being protection as long as it's on his own terms.
