Yes thats a good way to put it. To add something more. The person putting in the spice will not be drinking the soup so they are purposely filling it with too much spice to make the drinker of the soup choke on it.

Politicians are purposely flooding their own countries with too many immigrants without removing regulations to help the economy flourish.
There is many other agenda behind it and reasons for it but in the end the politicans don't care about the immigrants or the current citizens of that country. It's being done on purpose to destroy the countries.
