It feels like a big achievement to cook scrambled eggs in a cast iron skillet and it be this clean with no added fat besides what was left after draining the bacon grease. This is a not terribly old (15-20 years) Lodge brand that I've just cooked and cooked and cooked in. It was awful when I first got it from the cheese dad, butter would stick as the saying goes.
