#WritersCoffeeClub 4. beverage of choice when writing? Coffee. A single cup in the morning. He knows how to make it the way I like it. Sweet and milky and mild. He warms and whips the creamy milk. Pours it frothy in my orange Mumintroll mug. I like the ritual and the gift of it. I can’t make it the way he does. If I make it for myself, I don’t go through the bother. Just instant coffee, electric kettle water, oatmilk. Not the same. Lucky that after 20 years he still thinks I’m worth the trouble.
