Right. Damaged cable removed. Now I either need to get a replacement, or repair it.
I really appreciate the extent to which FPV quads are designed with user repair and modification in mind. They are designed to be crashed, fixed and flown again. If you're not crashing occasionally you're not flying hard enough!
Separating the upper and lower halves of this GoFilm 20 to access the internals required a single 1.5 mm Allen key/hex driver and the removal of just 6 screws, all the same size. Removing the VTX from the lower frame required undoing just 4 more screws, also with the 1.5 mm key. Try doing that with a DJI camera drone, or even their FPV crossover drones like the DJI FPV, Avata & Avata 2 and let me know how you get on!
