"content": "Here's the Gravis NES joystick next to its PC counterpart. I've just noticed something different about these - both feature a tensioning system driven by turning a disc in the base, but they act very differently. The analog PC joystick becomes tougher to push off-axis, while the NES's digital joystick's range of movement is limited inwards - shortening the \"throw\" of the joystick, how far it can move before each direction is activated - which its manual calls \"trigger points\". #retrogaming #NES\nhttps://digipres.club/system/media_attachments/files/112/659/991/565/160/574/original/9d3f12f168ee5fe8.jpeg\nhttps://digipres.club/system/media_attachments/files/112/659/997/143/033/331/original/589ebd5751901ff3.jpeg\n",
