When you or I take a trip on a train, a plane, a bus or a ship, it's highly unlikely that the vehicle has been not been certified as safe for us to use (both the design, and also ongoing maintenance). Such #certification is also available for #underwater vehicles, as I understand it from reports about the sad loss of life near the wreck of the #Titanic. So why would anyone choose to travel in an uncertified craft?
