We did a #servicedesign workshop today! We played back a bunch of customer journeys and #UserResearch findings, identified pain points and opportunities and agreed next steps for the project:
i) migrate our customer #database to a reliable platform and redesign it to better meet #userneeds (some hardcore #prototyping coming up), and
ii) develop our growth and marketing plan.
Some disagreement among senior managers which is pretty standard but tedious 😅
