The slowdown in fertility has been an amazing thing to watch. Now it is only Africa that continues with a high level of fertility. And as you say good health care gives a security.
This does mean that many countries such as the UK will have a demographic time bomb of more old people.
Maybe we could do with more immigration from Africa 🙂
