The way I've made it easy is to just eat what I can fit in my pan. That way it doesn't take too long, and it's small enough to finish quickly. And cast iron just needs some coarse salt and a brush to clean.
So I'll turn on the heat and put two bacon and a sausage on. When there's enough fat in the pan, I'll crack two eggs and add salt and pepper to them.
Then just let them fry how you like it. The key for me is to do it as soon after I get out of bed as possible.
