I'm not exactly sure how to label what is happening, but it could be a breaking point of globalism, where people are saying "hey you know this sucks having to do everything this way, and I'm not getting anything out of it" You can see this where indians are upset that they think they are getting nothing from H1Bs, and of course American workers feel that way as well.
