Seems to be a little bit of a pattern emerging with young players getting very close to other clubs, having a medical, then ending up at Spurs. Same thing happened with Bergvall. Ben Jacobs said Bergvall's family was convinced by the overall package at Spurs – facilities, structure, pathway. Likened it to choosing a top university. It looks like it must be a compelling pretty package.
