What’s the fastest way to learn a new unfamiliar language?

I speak fluently: English, Portuguese, Spanish.

I have an B1-B2 level of French.

I have a A2 level of German and Luxembourgish.

I want to speed up my Luxembourgish and German, but I’m struggling.

Yes, I already live and have to pass by countries that speak those languages. That’s not helping. Locals have little to no patience.

I hate Duolingo and I want to stay away from my phone. Any tips?
