I was in a restaurant near Bourbon Street in New Orleans and decided to try the frog's legs for novelty's sake. They taste exactly like chicken at first, then a couple of seconds later you get hit with a fishy aftertaste. Not bad really, but nothing that you'd crave and look forward to.
