The individualism in U.S. culture is such bullshit. The idea that it's weird for there to be multiple generations in a home makes life harder on everyone... Adults who feel bad that they have to move in with their parents, or parents feeling bad for having to move in with their kids. It feels like it should be so natural.

And I understand we got some wonky parents, not everyone wants every parent around, but there shouldn't be so much stigma attached to combined households.
