Bugger. And I really am not one to moan about parking charges, but the Mill Yard has often seemed like a ghost town since they were introduced. I've never once struggled to get a table at 'More …' bakery for a (sanctimoniously pointed out mid-ride coffee) since charges were introduced which was never, ever the case before. #cumbria
