First of all, if it were true that Europe doesn't have freedom of speech, that would actually be a point in favor of my post, not against it.
The whole point of my post is that we have legal governmental censorship in the EU and we shouldn't, so we need advocacy to fight against it. If I were in favor of the status quo, I wouldn't have made this post.
Second, it's simply false as a matter of fact that we have no freedom of speech in the EU. We have more freedom than many, possibly most other countries in the world.
There is no country (that I'm aware of) with no governmental censorship that I disagree with. Not any country in the EU, not the US, not really any other country.
But in Western countries we do, for sure, have more freedom of speech than in dictatorships and in my own country, Italy, we do have a lot more freedom since the monster was hang upside down.
