Little patches of bare dirt are just what a lot of bees want to nest in. I got stung badly by a bumblebee once when digging up a plant to move it-the bee had been sleeping in the soil just next to it. Hurt like hell even through my glove. The bee was fine though, he buzzed off to some flowers like it was nothing.",
