good points. i think the only solution is to have a workforce with *truly* diverse viewpoints, even untrendy and fringe viewpoints - and to truly encourage people to recognise their unconscious biases - not just in the 'agreed areas where biases occur' but also at the edges, and even outside, the overton window.
