That's if it's not running the most basic encryption or frequency hoping, preprogrammed on a route, or some combination of three.
Radars aren't great for drones because of size and material, they're hard to see, and run somewhat silent. Really you need two of the three to spot and track a drone, acoustic sensors and visual are the two best for catching one.
