I was not previously aware, because I would not pay the high cost for these cards and did not evaluate, but have become aware that Nvidia 5000 series video cards may be extreme fire hazards.
The new 12V power cables Nvidia are using with the 5000-series cards can only support a total power draw of 480 watts.
For reference, the RTX4090 which was catching fire sometimes in sub-optimal situations has a total power draw of 450 watts.
If your 5000-series card pulls more than 480 watts IT MUST BE UNDERCLOCKED OR YOUR COMPUTER WILL EVENTUALLY CATCH FIRE
