I've been daily driving
npub1cc6ytnszwfk95y956lvagfp47esfw4wprhky8tj7egayw53zx24sq7ama2 (npub1cc6…ama2) on a Surface Laptop Go for just under a week now, and I gotta say, this is the best KDE experience I've ever had.
It turned this laptop from a hot and slow machine that froze up constantly (under GNOME) to a snappy and really enjoyable machine.
I don't know what happened between October and now, but KDE has gotten significantly more usable for me, good job KDE devs, can't wait for 6.0
