I can’t tell. Is it a good day or a bad day when #SocialSecurity (finally) sends you a letter agreeing to lower your #IRMAA payments after months of letters, calls, filing SSA-44s and wildly varying instructions from staff?
#SSA claims that only 8% of #Medicare recipients pay any IRMAA. But there’s that dastardly two-year look back process that makes the first year a living hell.
