Banking options are very limited, and your bookkeeper is likely a volunteer. Even if you have a CFO it’s unlikely they’ve done international transactions.
I understand you are frustrated, and venting on the internet is fine even over $250! But those folks are likely just barely holding everything together, given all of our financial insecurity here.
