Apple, for all it's faults, is a company I would actually trust to develop and deploy self-driving cars. Look at the way they've handled Siri: she's dumb as hell. Because Zombie Steve Jobs knows that in nine months when a newer, slightly better model of phone ships, people will be lined up for blocks, in pouring rain.
He doesn't want my data. He just wants my money.
It's an ugly reality, but it seems a better gamble than trusting Zombie Jeff Bezos.
