I struggle with the balance between free speech and the flood of disinformation. I had the opportunity to read Jeff Kosseff's new book Liar in a Crowded Theater. He offers a persuasive argument about why false speech should be protected. As you can hear during the interview--I am still struggling with it. I understand his argument logically but emotionally I struggle.
