Food for future-us. I've done a lot of pressure canning - soup stock, low acid vegetables, soups - but this is the first time I've canned turkey. This way, nothing goes to waste from our holiday meal. I may need to create a hashtag for left leaning liberal foodie homesteaders. Who's with me?
