Created an add-on for the ActivityPub plugin that added local-only and "post reply" support before the main plugin had those things.
Been on and off WP since 2005. But I'd gone "all in" on (i.e., created several other plugins and themes for) the block and full site editor a couple years ago.
Chose WP specifically because it is "what people actually use" and I happened to care a great deal about making and sharing things people could actually use.
